Initial consultation
An initial telephone discussion is free of charge.
If I am based near enough to you to do so, I offer a "try it and see" consultation. This involves an initial hour's session to discuss how I can help you. If you are happy to continue with the work, either on the same day or on a subsequent occasion, the cost of this session (at the rates shown below) will be deducted from your first bill.
Expenses for this initial session will be charged in all cases on the basis shown below.
Ongoing costs
- £35 per hour plus travel expenses charged at cost (second class rail fare or 40p per mile by car).
- I am not registered for VAT, so no further percentages are added to your invoice.
- For journeys longer than about an hour each way, I may also ask you to pay a travel fee of £10 per hour.
